MEALS TO MAKE WITH YOUR COSTCO ROTISSERIE CHICKEN – Any time I make a Costco run I always grab at least one rotisserie chicken. They’re huge and only $4.99!! I am always looking for something to make with the chicken that my kids will like. Here are my favorite go to kid friendly meals. Perfect for a night when rushing around. I have linked you below to my go to recipes from a variety of sites.
If I don’t feel like making the trip to Costco I will quickly cook chicken in my Instant Pot, shred it and then make one of these. Always nice to start the week with shredded or rotisserie chicken available. If you have an Instant pot you can put frozen chicken and it’s done in 12 minutes. SO EASY!
